Technical Director — Full Time

We are seeking a Technical Director to lead our engineering organization and shape the technical vision of our AI infrastructure platform. You will drive architectural decisions, mentor engineering teams, and ensure we build systems that scale to meet the demands of the next generation of AI applications.

This role requires a rare combination of deep technical expertise and leadership ability. You should be comfortable diving into low-level systems code while also setting strategic direction and building a world-class engineering culture. We expect candidates to hold a PhD in Machine Learning or have significant portfolio work demonstrating a sustained career in ML research and engineering.
